The Telesin GP-HBM-MT2 is a motorcycle helmet chin mount for action cameras, made by Telesin, a maker of affordable action camera accessories.
It fixes to the chin bar of a full-face helmet and holds your camera in a low, forward first-person position, so the footage looks out over the road exactly the way you see it. This is a mount only.
The camera is not included, so you bring or rent your GoPro, DJI or Insta360 separately.
The body is high-strength PA66 nylon with 304 stainless steel hardware, weighs about 81 grams, and uses a foldable J-hook arm that pivots up to 180 degrees to fold flat against the chin guard when the camera is off.
A non-slip silicone pad on the contact surface sits against the helmet shell to damp engine and road vibration for steadier clips.
Fitting the mount takes two steps.
A curved adhesive base sticks to the chin of the helmet, and an included hook-and-loop fastener strap threads through the slots on the mount body and wraps under the chin bar as a secondary lock, so the rig stays put under wind load at speed.
It uses the standard three-prong GoPro-style fitting with a buckle, which makes it cross-compatible with GoPro Hero 5 through Hero 12, GoPro Max, DJI Osmo Action 3 and 4, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Insta360 X3, X4, Go 3 and Ace Pro, and most other action or 360 cameras that ship with a GoPro adapter.
Because it sits at chin level rather than on top of the helmet, it keeps a lower profile that catches less wind and gives a more natural line of sight than a helmet-top mount.
